Distraught at her parents' divorce, Andy cannot decide who she wants to live with. She spends one week at Mum's house, the next at Dad's, but never really feels that she belongs anywhere.
This difficult situation, which is worsened by animosity between Andy and her new stepfamilies, has no simple solution. Approached with humour and understanding, this is a very readable tale of confusion, guilt and ultimately optimism, with which many children (and adults) will identify.

I felt so sorry for Andy, who's parents split up, having to spend one week at her Mums, one week at her Dads. A very true story on how a child might feel when there parents break up. Love this book, so GOOD.

I read this when I was a little younger than I am right now, I found this a book a lot of people can relate too and very fascinating. I also love the idea of starting each chapter name alphabetically. Over all, this is a brilliant and heart whelming book and I recommend this to everyone between 6-9 years.

THIS IS AN AWESOME BOOK BUT I THINK THAT MAYBE THE STORY COULD HAVE A BIT OF A HAPPY ENDING RATHER THAN SAD SO I VOTED IT4
