All about the Time to Read book pack 2018: Little Monkey

You'll go bananas for this year's free book – get ready for the funny and adorable Little Monkey

From September 2018, schools across England will receive Little Monkey by Marta Altés in a special Time to Read pack.

That's 700,000 copies!

Through our Time to Read programme, we want to make sure that every Reception pupil in England has their own book to treasure and share with their family at home.

We hope your child will love Little Monkey, which tells the empowering tale of a little monkey in a big troop, in an even bigger jungle. Monkey has enough of missing out, of being too small for big adventures, so she bravely heads off all alone to climb to the top of the tallest tree in the jungle. This picture book shows us that the world is a big, wild and wonderful place, where anything is possible.
