Marcus Sedgwick on Saint Death

Published on: 24 October 2016

To get you in the spooky Halloween spirit Marcus Sedgwick talks about his new book, Saint Death.

Saint Death

The author has already written chilling tales such as The Kiss of Death, Dark Satanic Mills and The Foreshadowing, but now he unleashes his new tale of terror on the world.

Saint Death tells the story of Arturo, whose childhood friend Faustino turns up after disappearing a year ago. Faustino is in deep trouble with a crime boss and Arturo discovers that he has only 36 hours to save his friend. All the while, Arturo is being watched by a shadowy figure known as Saint Muerte, or Saint Death.

Here, Marcus Sedgwick tells us more about the malevolent and dark origins of Saint Death.
