Tooth Fairy in Training

Little Tate is starting her first day of Tooth Fairy training and there is a lot to learn. Turns out being a tooth fairy is much more dangerous than she expected, and certainly involves a lot more travel! Tate has to fly all over the world collecting teeth from children, making sure she never wakes the sleeper.

But not every child is human and Tate must collect teeth from sleeping hippos, alligators, seals and snakes. Tate passes all her tricky toothy challenges but one final collection from a little girl proves to be the most surprising of all – Melissa is a fairy kisser!

This funny, bouncy rhyme is silly and surprising with twists that children really won’t see coming when they think they’re sitting down to a sweet story about a glittery fairy.

The Disney-esque illustrations from Briony May Smith are cinematic and mature enough to tempt older readers too to this pretty picture book. Rich palettes and lush scenes make this a real feast for the eyes but there is enough sparkle and magic to keep little fairy fans happy. A perfect gift for someone who has just lost their first tooth!
