This is a book about a girl 👧 who was brought up in the foundling hospital. I enjoyed it so much. Read it because the series keeps getting better!

I like how you go back in time to 1876 to discover Hetty's hard life in in the countryside and the Foundling Hospital. I liked how the story took me on a journey with her in finding her long-lost Mother.

This book is really sad. Hetty couldn't be looked after by her Mother, and is taken into care, basically worked as a slave. But the ending......it is the most horrible ending ever. I thought it was really sad. =[

I think that this book is brilliant at showing how an orphan feels in victorian London and it is really interesting and is a great start to the Hetty Feather triliogy!
