Share your library's experience of BookTrust Storytime

Important information

• By submitting your story, you grant us permission to use your contributions in our communications including, but not limited to, our website, newsletters, marketing materials, resources and social media.
• BookTrust will store photographs and film footage of children securely, in accordance with our safeguarding policy and data protection law, both of which can be found on the BookTrust website.
• Your photo/film/case study will be used for up to five years, unless you ask us to stop using it.
• BookTrust will only share your photo/film or case study with third parties when required as part of our promotional or media work related to BookTrust, such as with a design agency creating an advert or newspaper to support a press release of ours.
• Names or personal information would only be shared with third parties with your consent or where we are required to do so by law.
• We may edit your contributions for use in our communications, but will never change the meaning of what you have submitted.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected].
• In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018,you have the right to ask to see any information held about me by BookTrust. You can read our privacy policy here.
