Bookstart Baby Packs in Wales are changing

Our brand-new Bookstart Baby Bags are funded by Welsh Government and developed based on feedback from the professional partners who give out the packs.

As well as two fantastic books, selected by a panel of early years professionals (one bilingual and one English-language only), they now contain finger puppets that will help parents share rhymes with their little ones, and a guide to support families to develop a lasting reading habit.

Our bags and books will soon be in the hands of new families up and down the country, starting them on an incredible journey sharing stories together.

Families can also continue their journey online at My Baby Bag in Wales, where they will find rhymes and songs, baby book recommendations, Welsh audio of the Bookstart Baby books and more great content.
