Special School Library Pack

For students with additional needs, this collection of ten books was selected by a panel of SEND practitioners.

The pack provides you with a selection of top-quality titles to support your students in reading for enjoyment, discussing books and developing a long-term love of reading. The ten books offer a wide range of styles, themes and formats to ensure there’s something for everyone.

Covering themes and topics appropriate for 11-14 year olds, the free pack includes a variety of accessible formats: sensory books, interactive books, picture books, dyslexia friendly books, short fiction, and graphic novels.

Great news! This year, we're making it easier for practitioners by sending a Special School Library Pack to every SEN school in England, so there's no need for you to register.

If you have any questions about this then please email schoollibrarypack@booktrust.org.uk.
