Wow! What a Day!

In this charming board book about daily routines for pre-schoolers, we follow one toddler’s lively account of their busy day. From waking up and getting dressed, to fun nursery-time activities and coming home to Mummy, each step in the toddler’s day is accompanied by fun sound words which little ones can enjoy repeating back. 

The sound words and minimal text work well because there is lots of detail and expression to be found in the bold and playful illustrations. There’s the messiness of daily life captured in the sock that rests on elder sibling’s arm as they get dressed, andthe playfulness as toddler feeds her breakfast to the cat!

They can talk about parts of the toddler’s routine that they relate to, as well those which might differ from their own experience and family rituals.
