My Family Your Family

This is a wonderful book discussing what makes a family and celebrating the idea that every family is unique. It explores lots of types of family that children live in, including blended families, kinship families and foster families.  

It will be so important for children to see their family represented in this book and also the families of their friends and people they meet.

This is a really accessible book that would be brilliant to open conversations about different families with your child and also to use in a classroom setting.
