It’s One Giant Leek for Mankind

Publisher: Unexporcupine Publishing

On a warm July day, just after noon, three men were ready to fly to the moon. We know the famous Apollo 11 story: three astronauts take off in their rocket and land successfully on the moon where they explore and collect materials, but that’s where this story diverges slightly from the traditional tale.

What has been less well documented is that a troupe of blue moon baboons are having a whale of a time up on the moon, making a delightful music from their farty bottoms. Toot toot! Yet when the astronauts aren’t looking, the moon baboons steal the astronauts’ space pod. What on the Moon will the men do now?

Fortunately, a giant leek provides a windy solution to power the astronauts back to earth…

Olaf Falafel’s rhyming books are hugely popular with kids of a certain age, and the fart jokes just keep coming. Lots of laughs set in space – what more could you ask for?
