Cats and Curses

The Marsh Road Mysteries: 3

Publisher: Bloomsbury

Andrew couldn't be happier. For the first time in a year, since the accident, his mum is about to go back to work. It's just volunteering in the junk shop but it's a start.

Then things start to go horribly wrong. A mummified cat is delivered and Andrew's mum has a funny turn. Tilda, the shop owner, is sure someone has cursed her shop as unexplainable things start happening. It is up to Andrew and his gang to solve the mystery, no matter how dangerous it may be.

This is the fourth book in the Marsh Road Mysteries series, although there is no need to read them in order. Andrew, Piotr, Minnie, Flora and Sylvie are great characters with very different personalities. Each has their own way of investigating but they are loyal to each other, no matter what. It is an exciting, mysterious adventure that will be devoured in a few sittings.
