When Holly's tooth falls out she decides to keep it and leave the tooth fairy a set of vampire teeth instead. And so a spirited correspondence begins between the two of them, as the tooth fairy seeks the genuine article and Holly holds it back until all her questions about tooth, and other, fairies are answered.
