About Babis Bach Babies
Babis Bach Babies combine live music from classically trained musicians with interactive storytelling. Their sessions aim to support pre-school education by encouraging language learning in both Welsh and English, introduce topical themes through song and movement and develop confidence through participation.
Megan (harpist) and Ellie (storyteller) met in 2011 whilst studying at the RWCMD. After graduating they pursued separate career paths in particular working in the fields of music, education and mothers' mental health. In 2021 they met up with their young babies and discussed a need for a bilingual class with live music, integrating all of their passions. Babis Bach Babies was then formed.
The duo both live in Pontyclun with their partners and between them they have five children under the age of 3.
