Arts Council NI Stories Tour 2016/17 in pictures

BookTrust NI are delighted to receive Arts Council NI Lottery funding to bring well-known authors and illustrators to visit schools across Northern Ireland.

In 2016 and 2017, authors and illustrators who went on tour included Ed Vere, Steven Lenton, Dan Freedman, PJ Lynch and Paul Howard.

Pupils in Newry, Dromore, Lurgan, Derry, Omagh, Enniskillen, Newtownabbey and Belfast got the opportunity to engage with the authors during interactive workshops, and received a signed copy of a book to take home following the visit.

These books form an important part of the BookTrust author tour providing a lasting legacy for the child and school.
