Amazing! One of the best books I have ever read.

It is good but it is not good for kids who are younger than 9. Also do not watch the movie unless you like scary stuff

Students read this as a class novel and loved it. Dahl creates the magic just as he accomplishes plot, character and enjoyment in all his books.

Happy and great, a few sad times

The book is awesome but disgusting. It's really cruel to turn children into frogs and it's gross how witches are bald. It's a great book and it makes me feel like I am actually watching it up close.

Wow! Thats all I can say. I'm speechless! The Witches is an excellent book with great detail. I loved the deep details about the witches and them pretending to be lovely kind ladies. I loved the Gran in this, so kind and loving to her grandson. Roald Dahl is a fab writer.

you have sick books

This book was interesting as well as imaginative I will recommend to everyone who is 9 years old or over.

If you love books with a sense of humour and which keep you at the edge of your seat you'll love this book. It's really funny and it will keep you entertained and from my point of view it is a really really good book. Please read, you won't be disappointed.

These books are ever so exciting to read because he always thinks of brilliant ideas! He also describes the characters really effectivly so you can image them in your head!

I like the description of the witches with bald heads and blue spit. The daring adventurers (well in a kitchen) the little boy goes on to stay away from the witches is very brave. I read it in year 3 but we're reading now in year 5. One of my favorite Roald Dahl books! :)

I had seen the film and really liked it, so I decided to read the book. I really loved it and the pictures were cool to! I thought it was really like the film and it was funny and freaky too, I would really recomend it to anybody who wants an exciting book!

I read the first half of this book and it was too scary but if you like horror stories it's quite good.

i thought the book is good because, they went to the hotel called hotel Magnificent in bournemouth to plot to elimate all children. Then it sounded like nice and good book and i just enjoyed reading the book really but the characters are good. i'm going to read more books beacuse they are really interesting to read , The book is good but more fun as well.
