Spangles McNasty and the Fish of Gold

Down on Bitterly Bay, everyone's after goldfish. Freddie Taylor wants one so he can prove to his mum that he would be able to look after a dog. Wendy McKenzie, surely the oldest woman in the world, needs them for her fairground stall. And shifty Spangles McNasty and his occasionally pink-bearded crony Sausage-face Pete need some for their latest sneaky get-rich-quick scheme.

Just to confuse matters, the Mayor is about to unveil the town's greatest attraction - his new boat, The Fish of Gold.

A rollicking adventure follows, featuring Horatio, a fortune teller who can tell the past, a jet ski that may be able to travel in time, a lighthouse keeper who hasn't spoken in fifty years, and the answer to one of life's eternal questions: are gold fish really made of gold?
