Lovely rhyming book, which is fast paced, yet the detailed illustrations of creatures hiding and the ants crawling are great to spot.

This book is adorable. We got it through the Bookstart Baby pack. My little one loves the rhyme on each page so much, I think I have it memorised. The pictures are a little bit confusing (art technique used to paint them), but the book is very much loved. The pages are well used and the corners are tatty form lots of loving handling/reading.

This book was given to us during National Bookstart Week 2015 when my son was 20 months old. At the time he loved looking at the beautiful colourful illustrations and hearing me make the animal noises. We have since made a story sack for this book which made my son love this even more as using the animal props really brings the book to life.

Rumble in the Jungle is a very well drawn book, the colours are very bright and catch your eye. I love the story but my 1yr and 6mth old little girl has a hard time sitting for that long to read it all. I'm looking forward to when shes older to read this book again.

The book is good overall, but a bit too long and wordy for my 2yr old. But he enjoys naming the animals and making the noises.I would recommend it for maybe an older child though as it is a nice book and well illustrated.
