Dinosaur Rhyme Time

Publisher: Faber & Faber

This collection of 16 traditional nursery rhymes and songs includes Jack and Jill, The Grand Old Duke of York, Humpty Dumpty - all the well-known favourites.

Unusually, however, all the characters in this version are dinosaurs. Admittedly these dinosaurs wear an assortment of head-gear from bonnets to party hats and crowns. They are cute dinosaurs with rounded bodies, claws and teeth. They are smiling dinosaurs with long eyelashes and bodies in a variety of pastel shades, displayed against pastel backgrounds.

This soft- bodied, hardback edition would be ideal as a gift. The illustrations are small and the book would be best used in a one to one situation.
