Watch Out! There’s a Monster Coming!

A green, horned monster is hunting for something that they want to gobble up. It explores the town, anticipating the moment when it can guzzle its prize, sprinkling everything with chocolate chips and jam in anticipation. 

Tiptoeing, sneaking, snuffling and creeping, the monster travels far and wide in pursuit of its favourite snack – appearing to be pursuing a little girl through the streets and in and out of different buildings – even at the playground. But will it find what it hungers for? And is it what we expected? 

This colourful book is a fun read, with plenty of delicious language – knapsack, marshmallows, chomp – and a repeating chorus that little ones will love to join in with.
