The Extinction Trials
Publisher: Usborne
In Storm and Lincoln’s world, there are two continents: Earthasia is ugly, barren, overcrowded and dying from the effects of starvation and plague; Piloria is beautiful, green, fertile...and inhabited by vicious, predatory dinosaurs.
The only hope for humankind’s survival seems to lie with a desperate and disparate group of youngsters prepared to sacrifice everything for the sake of those they love. As they pursue a seemingly impossible quest, suspicion, betrayal and extreme brutality distort their focus and reveal unexpected truths about their world.
The tension builds rapidly in this dual-narrative fantasy adventure (the first of a new series), which has gruesome scenes and moments of real jeopardy. Great character development and undisclosed motives will keep readers gripped from the start and maintain the suspense until the very last page.

The Extinction Trials is an excellent book! It has a lot of tension and exciting scenes that makes you want to read this book in one go! It's a thrilling adventure into a world where dinosaurs and humans live in one world! The character development is great and lets you get a proper feeling of the characters and isn't rushed in any way. I definitely reccommend this book to whoever stumbles across it. The dinosaurs are waiting.
