The curse ugly of the ugly pigeon is very funny book, which is about a girl called Perry and her best friend cammy the time girl have just started high school and are trying to fit in by doing embarrassing things such as standing on stage and doing a dance in front of everyone . Also cammy has a cat who she thinks could have been elvis in her previous life.

what happens when there is a cursed pigeon a pigeon curses this girl and then she have now got bad luck but people do not know how long this will be in her for. this book was good because a "band" had there concert but it was a fail and then the whole school found out and made fun of them I would recommend it to 5 and over because the girl that's in it is under 10 and she may or may not fancy someone

There is a curse spreading around apparently caused by an ugly pigeon. There is a lonely girl who is bullied and followed by this "curse" we like this book because its very interesting and shows different emotions such as, romance, anger. action and lots more. We would recommend this to 7+ as it would show them how to become responsible as they grow up or people who have been bullied to show them how they can get through it.

I think the book was very relatable and you could actually imagine you doing that. I also thought the friendship between Petunia and Cammy is lovely. They both have insecurities and they help each other get through it. The whole idea of bringing spoons into a musical instrument and using the spoons as drumsticks made me giggle. And I can relate to everyone thinking I was weird but sometimes you just need to embrace your weirdness

It is really funny because this girls start secondary school and she has this wired friend. also theirs this bird who is addicted to cheese and will do any thing to get it, I will recommend this to people who like funny books.

This book is about a girl called Petunia Perry. Everybody at her new school thinks she is weird. She spat TUNA SANDWICH on the boy she likes. Her best friend spent all of their band money on personalised socks. I loved this book its surprising and super funny. I can`t wait to finish the last 44 pages. I found this book was good but I did not find it very interesting and I found it funny. The book was a very easy read and the pictures took up most of the pages so the book is quite a lot shorter than it seems. This story is about a girl called Perry she is finding it had to fit in to her high school and she does not have any friends except for one girl called Cammy. This book is full of laughter. It is about a girl who is at school and about her story. The best thing about this book is the names! they have stupid names like Peri and Camembert. I mean who names their child Camembert! The beginning is funny and so is the part where they decide to make a band and called it the spoons. The singer is a cat. This was a great book overall, with funny and whacky humour. The author really managed to find the perfect balance of "funny/fun" and seriousness. She knew exactly when to slide a cheeky joke in, and when to be serious. It is truly a perfect mix. This book has sometimes made, my day because its very humorous and has some very funny dialogue. This book hooked me because of the way how the front cover looks. The pigeon with the glasses made me think that it was funny. If your sad then this book you have to try.

I chose this book because it sounded really funny and because of the glasses on the pigeon.

I thought that the actual story was good but I wasn't really sure about the way it was laid out as it was a bit boring in some parts as it waffled on. It also had a lot of pictures and i like to imagine them, one or two a chapter is good but not two a page.I really liked the story as it was really funny and it was realistic which i love.

I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a book that makes them laugh and smile all at the same time :)

I love this book because it is funny and I love books with humour. I chose to read it because the front cover is really eye catching and is colourful and makes me laugh. I only rated it 3 as i haven't yet finished the book but i cant wait to finish the book, to be honest i don't want the book to end.
