Having been given this book as a welcome-to-the-world present for my son it has actually taken me ages to get around to reading this to him as I thought it was too difficult. At the grand old age of 20 months he has instantly fallen in love with it and I realise I probably underestimated his ability to be engaged by it! He listens so carefully and joins in with 'Peepo!' each time, putting his fingers through the hole in the page to turn it and find out what's on the other side. He loves li...

I loved this when I was little and now my son does too. It's a classic - the illustrations are lovely and packed full of detail, and the peepo rhyme and windows are endlessly entertaining.

This is one of my daughter's favourites! It was one of the very first books I read to her for her bedtime routine at the age of 3 months. Now she's almost 9 months she's noticing the images and giggles when the countdown phrase begins.

I love reading this story to my son. The rhyming text and old fashioned charm are wonderful and he loves the cries of Peepo during the story.

I really enjoy my Mummy reading this book to me. It is told in a Rhyming fashion, and the pictures have plenty to see & spot in them. Its specially funny to be read in funny voices & pulling silly faces whilst shouting 'Peeeeepo' through the special hidey hole in every other page. Highly recommened, as colourful, fun & very engaging.

A beautiful book to share. My 16 month old daughter is obsessed with playing peepo and so loves looking through all the peep holes on every other page and loves pointing to things in the pictures. There are so many things to look at in each picture.
