Max and the Won't Go to Bed Show

Ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls! Roll up, roll up for the greatest show on earth!

Max the Magnificent (the world's youngest magician) is putting on his world-famous and death-defying show - putting off going to bed for as long as possible! Watch as he makes a cup of milk and a cookie disappear, produces a (cuddly) rabbit from under the bed, and even tames the most savage of beasts (the family dog). But will the show go on all night - or will Max ever go to sleep?

Author Mark Sperring and illustrator Sarah Warburton make a great team, bringing plenty of fun to the bedtime routine in this exuberant picture book. Warburton's illustrations are full of humour and mischief, brilliantly-capturing Max and his canine companion.  A lively story that will certainly make parents smile - and might just help one or two reluctant toddlers on their way to bed!
