Journey to the Centre of My Brain
Publisher: Macmillan Children's Books
Take a sneak peek into James Carter's weird and wonderful brain in this fun new poetry collection.
The 50 poems in the book are carefully chosen - James scrapped over a thousand poems in order to select the ones he wanted to include. Tackling subjects as varied as mosquitoes, the moon and the school staff room, Carter's poems range from rib-tickling to thought provoking.
Journey to the Centre of My Brain is a slim volume offering an accessible introduction to poetry for both boy and girls.
