It’s impossible to read this jauntily bright board book and not sing it. You can even scan the QR code to hear the song before you try it yourself. Based on the classic rhyme ‘If You’re Happy and You Know It Clap Your Hands’, each page has a different variation of the rhyme centred on a festive activity, namely picking a tree, baking a cake, singing a song and giving a gift. There are wheels to turn and sliders to push and pull so that babies and toddlers can be part of the fun, opening the door to carol singers and whisking the wrapping off presents, for instance.   

The colourful, inviting illustrations use a neon pink throughout to draw the eye and make the book look even more appealing. And there’s a black cat to spot too. This is thoughtfully designed for little hands and is the perfect gift for babies and toddlers.
