Alfie's dad Simon is always there when Alfie needs a bit of reassurance, a hug or some advice about the everyday mysteries of growing up, and this new collection includes three classic stories that feature Alfie and his dad together.

In Alfie and the Flying Loobies, Alfie's friend Neal comes for Alfie's very first sleepover, but when night-time comes, Neal's looking for the Flying Loobies under his bed... In Alfie and the Lost Property, Alfie loses his favourite stuffed elephant Flumbo on the bus, so he and his Dad travel to the Lost Property office, where they discover some new friends. And in The Lost Cat, a ginger stray arrives at Alfie's house, which Alfie's own feline Chessie isn't too pleased about.
