Meet Gigantic. His big brother Titan says he’s too small to play with. So Gigantic plays with Myrtle the turtle. They leap and dance and dive together. But when the huge, powerful Titan is in trouble, it’s the smaller sea creatures who can help.  

This delightful story shows that it doesn’t matter how big or small you are, what is important is the size of your heart. Kindness and teamwork will always win. Rob Biddulph’s gloriously colourful underwater scenes are full of charming details to spot, and his fish, turtles and whales alike are very expressive. The rhythmic, rhyming text is a pleasure to read aloud. This would be lovely to read with young children.
