Win three brilliant books to help your children's emotional wellbeing
We've got three sets of these books to give away to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
Did you know that 18-24 May is Mental Health Awareness Week?
It's so important that we take care of ourselves and each other, especially during strange times like these. So we have a bundle of books that could help your children explore their feelings.
Something Bad Happened by Dawn Huebner and Kara McHale offers advice for children (and the grown-ups looking after them) about how to cope with scary things in the news, with helpful coping tools to use.
We're also giving you the chance to win The Can-Do Kid's Journal by Sue Atkins and Amy Bradley, which is full of fun activities to inspire children and help build resilience.
And the third book our winners will get their hands on is The Healthy Coping Colouring Book and Journal by Pooky Knightsmith and Emily Hamilton, which will help young people to explore difficult feelings like anger and anxiety - expect colouring, inspiring quotes and useful coping strategies.
We're giving this lovely bundle to three lucky winners, so to be in with a chance of winning simply let us know which book always cheers you up and leave your details before the closing date of 11pm on Monday, 22 June. Good luck!
