Books can be a great way to help your little ones talk about their fears and worries, so we're giving you the chance to win a beautiful book that could start those conversations!

The Worry Tiger by Alexandra Page and Stef Murphy - the team behind The Fire Fox - is a gorgeous story about Rory, who is feeling anxious about show and tell tomorrow as he doesn't have anything to share.

But then he meets his very own Worry Tiger, who takes him on a fabulous journey through the jungle: they breathe deep to smell the scents, stretch to join the monkeys high in the trees, and listen carefully to the sounds all around them.

With gentle rhyming text that's great to read aloud and utterly captivating illustrations, The Worry Tiger is a beautiful introduction to mindfulness techniques that could help little ones to feel calm.

The story might prompt children to open up about what's worrying them, and there are even fun and easy mindfulness activities included at the back of the book.

We have five copies of The Worry Tiger to give away, so if you fancy winning one, simply answer the question below and leave your details before the closing date of 11pm on Thursday, 18 August. Good luck!
