The front cover of The Barnabus Project

The Fan Brothers have become known for their absolutely gorgeous books, including The Night Gardener and Ocean Meets Sky. And now they've done it again!

The Barnabus Project is a stunning story about Perfect Pets, where children can buy genetically engineered animals. But down below the shop in a secret lab are the Failed Projects like Barnabus, who is half-mouse, half-elephant.

Barnabus has never been out of his tiny bell jar, but dreams of visiting the world his friend Pip the cockroach has told him about. When he discovers that the Failed Projects are about to be recycled, he knows it's time for him and his friends to make their escape...

With themes of friendship, courage, being yourself and following your dreams, The Barnabus Project is a very special, poignant story - all featuring the Fan Brothers' beautiful illustrations.

We have three copies to give away, so if you fancy winning one, make sure you answer the question below and leave your details before the closing date of 11pm on Thursday, 14 January 2021. Good luck!
