Kitsy Bitsy's Noisy Neighbours

Publisher: Nosy Crow

Lots of animals live in Park View Rise. It's normally very peaceful. But when Dory the beaver jumps up and down and Tonk the bird sings a high note up on the top floor, the elephant baby in the flat below is woken up, and he bawls loudly.

Which causes Alec the leopard to stop writing and start drilling, which makes Rocky Locky the poodle cut Big Wayne the lion's mane all crooked... and so on and so on.

Floor by floor, the chaos builds, until everyone's cross and throwing food at each other! Luckily, Kitsy Bitsy, who lives on the ground floor, is made of stern stuff. Can she teach the noisy neighbours how to be tolerant, to share, and to be kind to each other?

This is a fun story told in rhyme about community and being considerate of others. The jaunty, bright illustrations bring energy and movement, and children will enjoy choosing which gorgeous flat they'd like to live in.

A recipe for 'Good Neighbours Honey Cake' is included at the back, which is a sure-fire way to get in your neighbours' good books!

It's important to note that, despite the noise problems of the story, it is very clear throughout that everyone loves living there.
