About this book

Class 2R are mega-excited when Super Dog turns up in their playground. The clever canine can appear and disappear in a flash! It cures Megan’s itchy eczema and flies up onto Mr Harris’s car, wearing a smart red cape. Can Super Dog stay for ever?

Next, the children tackle the mystery of their school dinner mash – it’s not made from real potatoes at all and it’s definitely dangerous as the seagulls won’t touch it! Are the dinner ladies trying to poison Class 2R?

Finally, there’s the supernatural story of Megan’s eggstra-ordinary egg, Tarzock, which she brings in for sports day. But Class 2R are terrified that she’ll drop the green-oozing egg, hatching a scary alien.

From the winner of the Blue Peter Best Story Award come three new tales in one rip-roaring book. Comical illustrations complement this selection of funny school stories, perfect for key stage one.
