About this book
Georgia’s head is full of the drama production she has a small part in. She’s also distracted by the fact that her best mate Billy seems to be friendlier than she’d like with new girl Wren.
But when she finds the drama teacher Mr Truckle dead in the library, nothing else matters. She rushes to fetch the caretaker but when they get back to the library, it’s empty.
Georgia is certain Mr Truckle is dead, but who would want to kill him? And why? How did the killer move the body so quickly? And where is it now?
So many questions! And finding answers is especially difficult when no one except Georgia, Billy and Wren will admit there has been a murder.
In this fiendishly challenging whodunnit, emails and texts seem to be sent by the victim after Georgia saw his dead body, so no one believes a crime has taken place and Georgia and her friends are only certain they are on the right track when they get anonymous threats.
With plenty of false leads and tense moments of real jeopardy, this is an entertaining mystery that also explores the complexity of new friendships.
