Macy’s big cousin Kiki has so much style with her purple and blue hair, and, last, Daddy has no hair at all! But everyone still loves him.

This celebration of black hair, demonstrating the variety of hairstyles found in a single family, is another delightful read from Mylo Freeman, author of the Princess Arabella series. Freeman continues to depict authentic black families, which are sadly under-represented in picture books, with vibrant illustration and some simple text about elements of everyday life.
