It is really important to us that we hear from the children and families who receive Letterbox Club. We need to understand the impact that Letterbox Club has and how we can improve.
We ask all local authorities and schools who purchase Letterbox Club whether they are happy for their children to participate in our regular surveys, which are included in blue, red and green Letterbox Club parcels (aged 7–13 years).

We also include postcards in all pack colours for children to provide feedback in their own words.
