She tries to cut off the cat's tail, eats all the trifle at Harry's party and gets up to all kinds of other antics, involving a wobbly tooth, a visit to the doctor, and a traumatic encounter with Father Christmas.
First published in the 1950s, Dorothy Edwards' much-loved My Naughty Little Sister books were inspired by memories of her own sister, and will particularly resonate with older siblings. Shirley Hughes' illustrations make a pitch-perfect accompaniment to this perennial favourite.
