Why comics matter for young readers 02/12/24
Bad Girls
Publisher: Random House
Bitterly unhappy and fed up with being teased at school, Mandy White is in need of a friend. However, with her spiky orange hair, strappy stilettos and tendency to shoplift, the colourful Tanya isn't exactly what Mandy's parents would have wished for.
Bad Girls effortlessly depicts the sort of insecurities and concerns to which many young readers will surely relate.

I liked the book Vicky Angel. I love it so much but it was sad when Vicky died it was quite of a shock at first to me too.one thing to make clear is that I rather read the book than watch the film because sometimes always get the twists and turns right they sometimes change the parts around to make it more interesting than it already is.but I like it the way it is.yor my most faverite author ever.i like to read I keep suspiciousness books but everyone likes to read something girly once,( w...

I have borrowed this book from my school library and it is quite good so far. My form tutor is holding a competition and whoever reads more books than her by the end of the academic year, will win a book of their choice! I've entered already!

I liked the book hetty feather, I loved it so much that I even watch it on Telly! My favourite episode on television was when hetty went to a circus and went to madame something and said to her "remember you called me a star and you pulled out my hand" that was my favourite episode I don't actually know if you made the movie or not any way the book was from you and I loved it better than watching it. You are my most favouritist and the most bestest author I have ever met and aren't I lucky...

All Mandy wanted is a true friend to have at school, to have fun with and share secrets. She got bullied by horrid girls, until a new girl turned up. She scared all the mean girls away, and Mandy had a bestie!! It was a good book, read it.

I love this book; I'm not even finished reading it yet. :) I am dying from boredom and I left the book at home (I'm currently at my nan's house). Is there any way I can read this online for free?! By the way, Jacqueline, I am in love with your books. You are a talented writer and I hope I can become a writer like you one day! :)

Does anyone think that maybe the bullies aren't really bullying Mandy at all,but secretly think that she's only pretending to be a goody-two-shoes and is really a shoplifter or something like Tanya when she's not in school, and are actually trying to help?
