About this book
Ted does not like his prank-playing stepsister Frankie. And Frankie can’t stand boring nerd Ted. But when they move to a creepy old mansion with their recently married parents, they find that living with each other is the least of their problems. There's a group of ancient ghosts determined to scare the family away and stop them from opening the house as a hotel. Can Ted and Frankie work together to stop them - before it's too late?
Despite the title, the focus here is on humour rather than horror. There is much chaos created, and as ever, Catherine Doyle's characters are brilliantly observed, both living and ghostly. Full of action, ghostly antics and humour, this is a super-fun story centring a blended family.
