About this book
What do we take to school? What do we do there? What shapes and colours might we see there? Maybe we might do some counting! And, what will the weather be doing?
School may seem like a challenge for little ones or their parents, but fun and simple books like these are very useful in aiding school readiness. This large board book has a different topic on each page, with simple pull tabs that reveal the answers to easy addition questions, word answers to simple questions or picture patterns.
The illustration style is clear and clean and appropriate for little ones, with a clear, large font to look at and start to recognise words. As well as the flap or tab activity on each page, the animal characters also ask the reader additional questions, giving another layer of interactivity.
