About this book
Best friends Cabin Head and Tree Head inhabit a world where each character has something attached to their head. This off-the-wall graphic novel introduces an eclectic assortment of characters, such as Library Head, Treasure Chest Head and Lamppost Head; even Moon Head and Earth Head make an appearance.
In the opening story, Tree Head feels a case of HELLOS coming on, so dashes around with Cabin Head to greet as many Heads as possible. However, the friends are alarmed when they realise Volcano Head is about to blow, so they enlist the help of Boulder Head and Catapult Head to avert an explosive eruption. Another tale focuses on the artistic talents of Cabin Head, whose marvellous painting of Taco leads many of the Heads to request their own portraits.
With an attractive, comic-strip format and outlandish, watercolour illustrations, this book will particularly delight children who may find reading a challenge. It can be read cover to cover, or each chapter can be enjoyed as a standalone story. Fabulously funny and absolutely bonkers, this book will appeal to those who appreciate quirky humour, eccentric characters and surreal storylines.
