Animal Homes: Rainforest

About this book
The rainforest has lots of different layers, and each layer contains a range of different plant and animal life. First, there’s the dark forest floor, full of beetles and caterpillars; then, there’s the river with pink river dolphins and snapping crocodiles! In leafy bushes you’ll find tree frogs, bees and bats, and high up in the trees is the perfect home for chameleons, orangutans and chimps. So many animals!
This charming board book is a lovely introduction to the rainforest, with grabbable and durable layered board pages that mimic the low-to-high layers of the rainforest itself. Natasha Durley’s art is colourful and attractive for little ones, with the names of the animals printed near to their pictures so that adults can point them out.
