We’re delighted to be giving away five copies of the brilliant new book from Waterstones Children’s Laureate Frank Cottrell-Boyce.

A British Childhood: How Our Children Live Now is a powerful exploration of what it means to be young in modern Britain, based on what Frank has learned from his Laureateship and the Reading Rights campaign.

Over the past two years, Frank has travelled across the country meeting children, families, and early years professionals, and A British Childhood shares his reflections as well as his own memories of childhood.

It’s an important and stirring call for us all to act to protect the nation’s most vulnerable citizens.

If you’d like to be in with a chance of winning a copy, simply answer the question below and leave your details before the closing date of 11pm on Friday, 31 July. Good luck!
