The Windvale Sprites

After a devastating storm, Asa Brown wakes to a landscape of uprooted trees and fallen powerlines. Floating on the pond is a small, dead creature with huge black eyes and thorny limbs, a cross between a dragonfly and a fairy. Researching these insect-men, Asa reads about 'the fair many' Benjamin Tooth, an 18th century alchemist and unearths his trunk.
