Fantastic book... kept my son busy. He understood the woodpecker was learning just like he is and exploring all the time.

My 2-year-old daughter loves to 'peck' the holes in the book with the baby woodpecker. We also use this as an opportunity for her to learn what things are as we read the story and 'peck' the item named in the story. This is one of her favourite books.
