Letters to include with the Letterbox Club parcels

Personalise the letters by inserting the child's name and by adding your local contact details into the templates below.

We advise against using local authority headed paper as this is too official for use in Letterbox Club parcels. Smaller, A5 versions are available on request.

Note: General letters are for England, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
For Wales general letters can be used for the Orange, Yellow and Green parcels. Welsh language versions are available on request.
