How do I get involved?

BookTrust is an exciting library experience for families. Head to your local library to find out if they’ll be taking part – you can find your nearest library here. And don’t forget to tell your family and friends about BookTrust Storytime, too!

It’s been very interactive. I like the fact that Donna, the librarian, reads the book to us and demonstrates as she’s going through. A few times we actually had the copy of the book ourselves at the same time as she was reading, which is nice because it keeps my son Milo occupied. It’s really enjoyable”

  • Mi Wnes i Weld Mamoth! / I Did See a Mammoth!

If you’re worried about your child sitting still or being quiet or misbehaving, you don’t need to worry. My son Elvis is in the books, pulling them out as I’m frantically trying to put them away. But the library staff say, Don’t worry about it, it’s absolutely fine, just let them play.” It’s a really positive environment.”
