My Story Pack
My Story Pack has been specially designed for children at the start of their school journey. It aims to encourage families to read together as children transition into school.
At BookTrust, we know that if children are engaged in shared reading, at home and at school, they will improve their language and listening skills, and feel more equipped to deal with change.
My Story Pack has been made for children and families to use at home, but we also want to help you with introducing these packs in the classroom. We’ve created a handy teacher toolkit to help you get the most out of the packs.
Please note: My Story Pack is a pilot being run with a small number of settings in 22/23. If you are not taking part this year but would like to express interest in participating in My Story Pack next year, please email [email protected]
