We've all felt nervous about going to a party at some point in our lives, so little worriers everywhere will relate to Eric the panda in the lovely new book Eric Makes A Splash.

Written and illustrated by Emily MacKenzie, the story follows Eric as he frets about his invitation to a pool party. What if his fur gets wet, or he sinks to the bottom?

Luckily for Eric, he has a brave friend who promises him that pool parties are lots of fun - but will she be able to convince him to get in the water and enjoy himself?
