The Cake the Wolf and the Witch

Max is in a really bad place. First of all, he's at his Dad's wedding, which means Illona, is going to be his step-mum. And secondly, Max and his new step-siblings, Nettle and Wild, are shut inside a giant cardboard wedding cake. Any minute they will explode out of the icing shouting 'Here's to our very own happy ending'.

But when the cake opens, the three children find they are in the land of fairy tales where a wicked witch is trying to destroy all happy endings. Only timid Max can save the day…
